Our long time friends from JDFA were looking to launch a fresh new arm to their highly successful practice in Brighton, Melbourne. The idea of Comet Advisers is they will cater to a more female orientated audience and will throw away the traditional method of financial services and welcome clients from all stages of financial worth, at any stage of life.
The branding for Comet Advisers is fresh, modern, clean cut and beautiful.
The logo is a simplistic hand drawn stroke that is in the shape of an abstract C and A but also cleverly represents the outline of a comet head and tail.
We loved the colours of the logo in soft pastel pink and regal navy blue. The colour contrast represents that not only is Comet Advisers a business you can trust but they also have a softer, understanding side. These colours are also really on trend at the minute and the business was going for a look to bring financial planning into the modern day – out with the old and in with the new.
No Grey Creative also had the exciting job of designing the new business cards and were really happy when we got the go ahead to use a foil print in the business card design. We did two colour versions, the pink one for the females of the practice and blue for the males. They ended up complimenting each other really well and certainly stand out against competitors business cards which are traditionally bland and conservative.
The website we designed for Comet Advisers is in the ever popular Parallax style. A one page scrolling site that elegantly displays information and accompanying graphics. Looks great in a mobile device too. We also created a WordPress blog to aid in SEO and to give the site and business some credibility with the ability to be able to post up to date relevant information.
The feedback we have received about this brand has been fantastic. People love most the blue foil business cards and of course the iconic, artistic and clever logo. We like to think of this brand as simple, elegant and intriguing.
