Haley and Adam’s Yering Station Wedding

What a treat it is to see a long time friend meet and marry the love of her life. When Haley approached me to design her wedding invitations I was genuinely excited but also felt a bit of pressure! You always want to make sure that a wedding invitation design is perfect, especially if you’ve known the bride-to-be for 21 years. 

Haley and Adam are a stylish, sophisticated, well educated and down to earth couple who both work as Lawyers in the city of Melbourne. Their wedding was to be held at the stunning Yering Station in the Yarra Valley and I needed to design an invitation and reception collateral to match their style and venue. 

The result is what you see here. Cool, modern marble paired with classic and sophisticated typography. A copper foil, black marble invitation design for the initial send out, paired with black envelopes.

Then at the reception a suit of wedding stationery design to match. A black marble welcome sign, a seating chart which reflects the actual layout of the grand room at Yering Station, a guest book for lasting well wishes and of course name place cards and welcome table signage to match. 

After the ‘I do’s’ I finished the job off with some lovely thank you cards which feature a genuine, happy, smiling photo from the big day. This image truly sums up what it is like to be around Haley and Adam and I wish them nothing but happiness and good fortune for your future as husband and wife xox.
